This is a very unique Prosecco, very pleasant for its freshness and aroma, enhanced by natural fermentation. It has an intense fruity nose, 15 g/l residual sugar.

Varietal: Glera (formally known as Prosecco)
Yield: 12.000 kg per hectare
Vinification: Destemming and soft pressing followed by temperature-controlled fermentation. A portion of the grapes are destemmed followed by cold maceration of the must on the skins.
Sparkling Winemaking Method: Martinotti – Charmat
Secondary Fermentation: Conducted according to the Italian method, with secondary fermentation in an autoclave for approximately 60 days at a constant temperature of 16-18 °C. This is followed by filtration and cold stabilization. isobaric bottling, after sterile filtration of the sparkling wine.

Appearance: Brilliant, straw-yellow colour, with a fine and persistent perlage.
