Malanotte del Piave takes its name from an ancient and characteristic village located in the town of Tezze, in the Treviso countryside east of the Piave river. In these lands the vineyards of Raboso Piave paint red lines between the green of the countryside and the blue of the sky. A heritage inherited from the past that is proposed in a new label where centuries of cultivation are enhanced by the partial drying and long aging of Malanotte. Not only history and legends but also character, commitment, efforts and passion, where only a company that has lived and interpreted the centuries can truly represent its essence. Aged approx. 36 months in oak barrels.

Yield: 8000 kg per hectare
Vinification: On skins with long maceration (10 -14 days)
Fermentation: Strictly separated into the two phases of fresh grapes and dried grapes. Maceration on the skins for about 20 days in steel vats, racking with management of the malolactic fermentation. Transfer to wood in the following summer for at least 24 months of aging. Four months in the bottle before being released on the market.

Acidity: 7.70 g/l
Appearance: Intense ruby red
Bouquet: Cherries, blackberries and blueberries with balsamic and spicy hints that recall licorice and coconut.
Taste: Flavoursome, full and well-balanced

Serving Suggestions: Suitable for strongly flavoursome second courses, excellent with roasts & game, grilled red meats. Decant one hour prior to serving.
